First day back home and straight back to cooking dinner. With not much left in the fridge I had to get creative. Skinnymixers Chicken bolognese for the rescue! I've been wanting to try that recipe for a while.
I substituted the passata with 2 cans of tomato chuncks and minced my own chicken meat that I found in the freezer. I also added a little more pasta due to the extra liquid. This recipe feeds a crowd!

As I was exploring Singapore I randomly met a lady who coincidentally lived only about a 2h drive from me back home in Australia. We ended up walking most of the Southern Ridges trail together and started chatting about what brought us to Singapore.
She asked me "Has Thermomix changed your life?" and laughed ... she heard people say it over and over and wanted to know if it really did. I stopped for a moment and thought about all the positive changes I have made since owning a Thermomix and I can honestly say: yes, it did!

๐Ÿ’› The day started with a 4h seminar where we celebrated incredible achievements, learned how to better our business, reflected on previous campaigns and learned what's coming up next. ๐Ÿ’› On we went on a street-food tour and explored the typical Hawker street-food centres and Haji Lane. Our group wasn't very adventurous - so no chicken feet to show ๐Ÿ˜…

๐Ÿ’› Once back at the hotel we had 1h to get ready for our Gala night event at the Gardens by the Bay. The theme of the night was "in full bloom" and everyone was encouraged to wear something flowerful. We had the opportunity to walk through the gardens after the event. They currently had a Lilly exhibition on - the smell was just incredible! The night finished with a sound and light show ๐Ÿ’›
