Apparently I spend a lot of time encouraging everyone around me to be fitter, healthier, faster and smarter 🚀

I see people’s potential before they fully see it in themselves, and genuinely want the best for them.

I think a lot of us become a better version of ourselves when someone believes in us, encourages us and reminds us what we’re capable of.

Does anyone else have a family member whose love language is unsolicited self-improvement? 😂💝
