A nice crispy biscuit base with a yummy gooey caramel layer coated in chocolate! Truely something special!

I have a few of these choc coated caramel fingers and a few of the brownie cookies with vanilla filling left.

Currently putting sourdough loaves together for pantry vibes- this is adding the second lot of inclusion into the rosemary, cheese and garlic loaves- I add inclusions in the second and third set of stretch and folds and then I add more during the shaping stage 🤩

I’ve recently gotten arthritis in my dominant hand so I now need to use a mixer to bring the dough together at the very start and so far it’s working amazingly 😊

I get this amazing bath fizz soak from Pantry Vibes and every Thursday night after my 12+ hrs of being on my feet baking all your amazing goodies I soak in this stuff! Honestly if you feel the aches and pains of working and well life in general I highly recommend you call into pantry vibes and get yourself a pack!! It really is absolutely amazing!!! And leaves a nice gentle soft oil on the skin. Honestly do yourself and your body a favour and grab a pack! 🤩
