Before Longy Creations became what it is today, there was Nala — my beautiful girl who was always by my side through the beginning of my art journey. 🥹🫶🏽

She may not have understood what I was creating, but she was always there watching, keeping me company and reminding me why I loved creating. Every painting, every idea and every little step forward carries a piece of those memories with me. 🐾🎨

Nala will always hold a special place in my heart and in the story of Longy Creations. 🌈🤍

“I hope you heal so you can create art again.” ❤️‍🩹

Hopefully I can do this soon.

Lately, life has been incredibly busy, and between uni, personal challenges, and navigating grief, I’ve found it difficult to make time for my art. Some days it feels like there’s never enough time or energy left for the things I love most.

I miss creating. I miss getting lost in a painting and bringing my ideas to life or the person i paints story alive or even just my culture . Art has always been such a big part of who I am, and while I haven’t been creating as much lately, I’m hopeful that I’ll find my way back to it soon🙏

Healing isn’t always a straight path, and sometimes it means giving yourself grace while you work through life’s challenges. For now, I’m taking things one day at a time and looking forward to the day I can fully reconnect with my creativity again. 🎨✨❤️

Hi everyone , Happy Pride Month! 🌈✨

I’m excited to share my latest commission piece, Dave & Katie 2026.” This artwork was created as a very special engagement gift, celebrating the love, commitment, and journey that Dave and Katie share together that i’ve done for my best frewnd Laura dear xo ❤️❤️💕💕

Meaning: The portrait captures a treasured moment between the couple, surrounded by a dot-painted background that symbolises connection, unity, and the many memories that make up their story. The heart above them represents their engagement and the future they are building together. I’ve included
the Non-Binary Flag and Intersex Flag on the left side of the artwork. These were incorporated to honour and celebrate Laura’s friend, Dave & their identity and , inclusion, and unconditional support within the lives of those we love. This artwork represents the love between this hoping and the wish for a happy life together 🙂

Every commission I create tells a unique story, and it was an absolute privilege to bring this one to life. Thank you for trusting me to create such a personal and meaningful keepsake.

🎨❤️💛🖤 SET UP IS UNDERWAY! ❤️💛🖤🎨

Today’s the day! I’m all set up and ready for my Painting Boomerang Workshop at the Festival of Friendships.

It feels so special to be back for my third year in a row, sharing culture, creativity and community through art. Every year I look forward to meeting new people, seeing familiar faces, and watching everyone create something they’re proud of.

I also want to apologise for the late notice this year. Between university, life, and being quite unwell recently, things have been very busy. Thank you all for your understanding and support while I’ve been getting back on my feet.

I’m so excited to finally share that I’ll be back at the Festival of Friendships TODAY running my Painting Boomerang Workshop!

Firstly, I want to apologise for the late announcement. Between university, life, and being quite unwell recently, things have been incredibly busy. Thank you all for your patience while I’ve been getting back on my feet. 🤍

This year is extra special as it’s my third year in a row being part of this amazing event. Every year I feel so honoured to share culture, creativity and connection with the community, and I’m so grateful to be invited back again.

Another commission finished and ready for its new home! 🧀✨

This special cheese toastie artwork was created as a gift, and I can’t wait to hear what the recipients think of it. Seeing my artwork become part of someone’s meaningful moments is always so rewarding.
