It's been a while since I've made this Butter Chicken recipe as it requires a but more planning to also make the paneer earlier in the day.

I had some help with extra sets of arms with kids today, especially the littlest one and it meant I had a bit more time to make this.

Eating out, this would cost us so much more than what it does to make at home and it's so yummy!

Looking for super easy hands-off cooking? This is our favourite Risotto recipe. It's a German one, but easily translated.

Just make your basic Risotto in the Thermie and add it to a thermoserver prepped with baby spinach, Feta, and cherry tomatoes 🥬🍅🧀! The prep is so easy. Hands-off cooking time is more than 20 minutes. Perfect for those busy evenings!

One of my favourite things to make for breakfast at home. This has hubby's home made German bread, avocado, cheat poached eggs from the thermie, and thermie made mayonnaise! So yummy!

A couple of days ago, the 10 year old was feeling like baking and cooking and made both of these on the same day. An apple cake and a One Pot Feta Pasta. The apple cake went down well with the boys and I really like the pasta!
