This is such an easy bread to make. I did change the flour to be a bit darker, but it was definitely well received in our house. Comment for recipe. 😊

Do I take my Thermomix with when on holiday? You betcha I do! It's the easiest (and cheapest) way to feed the kids and we can get by with minimal ingredients!

I did pack my veggie stock paste as that's a must have!

Love making mushroom risotto again without having to hide the mushrooms. Mr. 8 has decided they're but that bad after all.

Hello everyone.
There's a new update for the TM7 coming in. It's so excited to hit your machines that it'll update automatically and it might be when you're using it. Make sure you update your machines prior to wanting to use it. 😊

Have you tried making your own cheese in the Thermomix? This is the paneer I made a couple of weeks back. It was a really good amount for 1.8l of milk and is very quick and easy to make. We also really like drinking the whey or using it in our bread recipes.
