"Brad and his team did an amazing job laying our hardwood boards 13yrs ago. After wear and tear from dog, people and silly accidents it was time for a re-sand and seal. A1 did a superb job - our boards are pristine and once again the beautiful colour of our brush box floors shines through. A1 are always a pleasure to deal with, very professional, attention to detail is fantastic and the end result perfect. Very happy 😊 ." says Anna on Google

"A1 did a fantastic job sanding and repolishing our engineered oak floors which were 11 years old. They've come up brilliantly and look as good as new. A1 came the day they promised they would, and finished it in the same week. They were great to deal with. Not only that, they used a hard non- toxic polish, and gave me lots of tips about how to care for my floors afterwards.
I highly recommend them!" says Joan on Google

"Brad turned our dated 50's orange pine timber floors into modern limewashed floorboards, completely changing the feel of the rooms whilst also removing squeaks and creaks at the same time.

Odourless and 99% dustless made the whole process a lot easier to live with whilst we did one half of the house at a time.

Brad brings a lot of experience and applies attention to detail and pride to his work.

Highly recommended." says John on Google

"Brad came out to have a look first and provided a couple of quotes as options which was great. Good communication to arrange the days for the job which was over about 3 days. Great outcome - the maintenance sand and coat was a good option and looks great. The full sand of the kitchen and bathroom floorboards has given the old place a much needed lift - great way to start this reno project. Highly recommend and definitely.." says Helen on Google
