Our herb garden has gone a little crazy, so a super quick and easy dinner tonight to use some up.
Big bunch of basil, parsley and some spring onion. Throw in with some garlic and 2 tins of tomato’s (chopped or whole will work) and some chicken stock paste because it makes everything taste better.
Pour over fish or prawns, we did both. The add some olives and capers and drizzle with about 1/2 a tablespoon of olive oil and thrown in the oven at 180 until cooked.
Easy, delicious and healthy. We are having with some steamed spinach.

Caramelised onion flatbreads using the quick flat bread recipe from Cookidoo.
Dough made in thermomix while onions caramelised in pan, roll out the dough, add some onion and close the dough over. Gently flatten and then cook in the pan. Perfect with some toast lamb and salad.
