REPLACEMENT HYBRID FLOOR

We make mistakes!

Some two and a half years ago we supplied cheap hybrid flooring to a Client through a builder. This was the one and only job we did with this product. The product was substandard so we removed it from our range. Due to the weakness of the boards and some post installation issues not of our making the product failed.

We've recently replaced this flooring with a much better, higher quality Hybrid. Our Clients made a small contribution to the costs but with the help of our installers we've replaced their floor.

The take away is "You get what you pay for" -

- The incremental cost for quality product is small in comparison to replacing the floor.
- Quality professional installation is important.
- Get the best advise you can before you buy.
- Find a company that stands behind their work

There's lots of flooring products around, choose wisely and find the one that is best for you (because, like this manufacturer, not all of them will back up their product)!
