Right, settle this for me.

Garlic bread or cheesy bread. There is no wrong answer but I need to know where you all stand because it is a genuinely important issue in this house.

Spring is here and that means my dinners are starting to get a bit lighter and a bit greener, but a good loaf of bread is non-negotiable all year round. Plus there’s heaps of recipes for delicious bread, whichever is your preference on Cookidoo!

Recipe of the Week: the one I make when my brain has left the building.

The Skinnermixers All-in-one Chicken Dinner.

There's no thinking required, no fancy ingredients, just the stuff already in your fridge.

This is the one I come back to on the weeks where I've got nothing left to give by dinner time. Chuck it in, let the Thermomix do the actual thinking for you, and you still get to sit down and eat like a person who has their life together.

It's like Thermomix 101.

Save this one for the next night you're standing in front of the pantry with no idea what to make.

Guess what the question I get asked more than any other, and it's not about recipes.

It's "how do you actually do this as a job?"

Short answer, I get to set my own hours, work around school pickups, and get paid to talk people's ears off about food, which let's be honest I would be doing for free anyway.

It's not for everyone, and I'm not going to pretend it's all demos and Diet Coke (though there is a lot of both). But if you've ever had that little "could I actually do this" thought while watching me do mine, that thought is worth a conversation.

You don't need a background in sales. You don't need to be a brilliant cook. You just need to genuinely like the product and be willing to have real conversations with real people.
