Good morning everyone, its a chilly start to the day, great for the heat in the kitchen, which is now open :) Today is a big day for me cooking some favourites for my amazing Bracken Ridge family. Their choices today are:

Creamy chocolate chip yoghurt
Sticky date pudding with caramel sauce & whipped cream
Savoury mince with jacket potato
Chicken fried rice
Beef sausages with gravy, mashed potato & peas
Beef stroganoff

Good morning everyone, its a wet dark morning and the kitchen is now open for a very big day cooking for my lovely Caboolture couple. They have chosen this week:

Cheesy potato bake
Thai prawn coconut curry
Creamy chicken & corn chowder soup
Sweet & sour pork
Cheesy spinach, mushroom & bacon quiche
Chicken in sun-dried tomato sauce
Chinese beef stir fry

ooopsie.... I have been so busy cooking today I forgot to talk to you all. Its been a busy day so far and for my lovely Stafford Heights clients they have chosen:

Chicken & bacon chowder soup
Mushroom & garlic stuffed chicken breast with a creamy garlic mushroom sauce served with my clients favourite mashed potatoes & cheesy broccolini
Chicken pot pie
Banana bread
Creamy potato salad

Good morning everyone, the kitchen has been closed for a week as I had a wonderful family reunion overseas. I will be open in 5 mins & my wonderful Bracken Ridge family chose for today:

Chicken enchiladas

Morning! Yesterday was officially a “dropsy day” in the kitchen 😅

Things fell that shouldn’t have…
Things smashed that definitely weren’t meant to…
And a few loaves & cakes decided to sink instead of rise 🙈

My lovely Bald Hills client chose:

Spinach & parmesan salmon with roasted sweet potato & pumpkin
Marinated tofu crumbed with a peanut sauce
Chicken ricotta meatballs with a creamy spinach sauce with roasted pumpkin & sweet potato
Garlic chicken pasta
Zucchini & chicken slice

Some days you feel like a MasterChef… and other days, gravity is running the show 😂

But that’s kitchen life — we laugh, we clean it up, and we go again tomorrow 💪✨
