When you have friends who are as crazy as you and have spare equipment to make life less taxing!

I had a delivery of a cement mixer to help me mix up my potting mix brew for my flowers! Plus, the lovely lady also helped me with a few loads to ensure we could have a simple and workable process. Gotta love someone who practices logic!

First 1000 pots, here we come!

I had someone do some beautiful photography ahead of our next little venture … if you know of anyone needing accommodation, we will soon be listing two stunning rooms.

This place is just too beautiful not to share it … and lots of people have asked, so we thought, why not!

It will be a traditional BnB style, and those of you who know me, understand that there’s ALWAYS food on hand!

What can 7kg of flour, 87 eggs and some imagination make?

- 15 portions of fettuccini
- 21 large lasagne sheets
- 22 small lasagna sheets (because you may as well make the sheets to fit your pans perfectly!)
- 1.3kg lamb, carrot, basil and rosemary ravioli
- 1. 4kg pork, mint and chive ravioli
- 1.5 kg ricotta, feta, spinach and chive ravioli
And a plate of crostolli with the daggy off cuts!

Now to print off some more postage labels for the tuber orders!
