The French Market in Canberra was more than a Success, it went over all our expectations.
We got smashed like never in our life, it was very impressive.
So many people that you needed to queue to get into our stall.
And maybe too many people at some moment, because looking for french treasures is about taking your time, and we like to exchange with you to tell you the story of our french Finds and meet interesting people! 🫶
But too many people is a good problem to have, too many is better than not enough! 😁

We know already that we will come back, and we know already that next time the event will be on 2 days to make it easier for our Canberra friends to enjoy our french market.

We keep in touch, we are still available if you need anything.

This incredible 3,9 meter drapers counter is a true statement piece, sourced directly from France and dating back to around 1880. Crafted entirely from solid French oak, it has a wonderful, heavyweight presence and a beautiful natural patina that only comes with over a century of history.

Here is a really charming pair of vintage wooden side tables that have a classic, French country look. They feature beautiful cabriole legs and a lovely scalloped detail running along the bottom of the drawer frame. Each table has a single drawer with an antique-style metal pull and decorative backing plate.
