Creative Harmony with Textiles; Seas the day and Sew! Hi,my name is Leesa Greenacre, I am a Long Arm Quilter, and a passionate sewer and crafter.

Long Arm Quilter who supplies beautiful fabric & haberdashery in a warm, supportive and friendly environment. It is my honour to help people quilt their patchwork tops. I also sell a select range of fabrics and haberdashery. I live in North East Tasmania by the sea. My hometown of Bridport is a sleepy seaside village during winter, and doubles its population in summer; Bridport nestles onto the so

uthern side of Anderson Bay. We are famous for our pristine white beaches, bush walks, friendly people, seafood and two world ranked links golf courses. There are many wonderfully talented and creative artists and crafters in our area too!! I am so looking forward to meeting you on my journey.

Heirloom quilt and childhood memories?!? This quilt was one mums wonderful gift to her daughter.😊 a memory quilt sewn with fabrics from one of their favourite Australian children’s clothing company. 😊🌻🐳💕

Hi,my name is Leesa Greenacre, as a passionate Sewer and maker of Handicrafts, I love engaging with sewing, quilting, patchwork enthusiasts of all skill levels. I have been working hard to create a warm and welcoming place for people to gather, learn, and purchase quality sewing supplies. Threads By The Sea sells Designer Fabric, Sewing Supplies and Resources. You can find us in a lovely brick cottage in Bridport, Tasmania overlooking the bay. There are many wonderfully talented and creative Artists and Crafters’ in North Eastern Tasmania. Bridport, Scottsdale, Lilydale, Ringarooma all have Art, C.W.A., textile, and quilting groups that meet regularly.

My hometown of Bridport is a sleepy seaside village during winter, and doubles its population in summer; Bridport nestles onto the southern side of Anderson Bay. We are famous for our pristine white beaches, bush walks, friendly people, Creative Community, Fresh locally grown food and seafood and two world ranked link golf courses ~ Barnbougle Dunes and The Lost Farm.

In the Bridport C.W.A. Hall a crafty group of people meet every Monday 10:00 a.m. ~ 2:00 p.m. & on Tuesdays in the Town Hall the @BridportTextileGroup meet on Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. ~ 2:00 p.m. They are both informal friendly group that welcomes visitors and locals alike. Bridport C.W.A. are responsible for running a market on the first Saturday of the month, year round. Showcasing goods made, baked and grown in Tasmania.
