OCTOBER 1 - INTERNATIONAL DAY OF COFFEE

Happy International Coffee Day!!!

International coffee day is a global celebration for coffee lovers to come together and celebrate their love of the beverage whilst supporting coffee farmers, whose crop is their livelihoods. The event aims to raise awareness of the incredible work of those involved in the coffee industry and promote the fair trade of coffee.

Support international coffee day by:
1. Enjoying a cup of coffee
2. Broaden your horizons and try a new blend or type.
3. Munch on coffee flavoured food...mmm tiramisu 😋
4. Try a new cafe to spread the love and support of the industry
5. Add a new coffee themed item to your Halloween Village display 😉

Obviously the dead and spooky monsters don't require too much coffee to fuel their daily lives as there is a severe shortage of items in this theme. Here are the only 2 items in the range:

VIDEO REVIEW - Jumping Jacks Ferris Wheel

This Sight's & Sounds piece is part of the Spooky Town range for 2026.

The ride features a prominent lit jack-o'-lantern face and a ticket booth with a skeleton or monster attendant. The forward-facing carts hold miniature figures dressed in detailed costumes, including: a werewolf, witch, Dracula and Frankenstein's monster, a clown and an astronaut, a king and a queen. This piece comes with it's own 4.5V electrical adaptor.

When I saw this building at release in January, I knew instantly it had a place in my village. I will be doing up a scene with the Cursed Cabin (arriving soon!)

The newest trick or treat house for Spooky Town is Halloween at the Wilson’s.

This house is a porcelain, hand painted. moonlander lit building.

The Wilsons is fabulously decorated for Halloween. It definitely looks like the best place in the neighbourhood to trick or treat.

Exciting day with my first stock delivery for 2026!

I misspoke in my video…Phantom Castle was a new piece 2 years ago that I’ve gotten back in on request!

The Pick Me Pumpkin Wagon is a sweet little lighted pumpkin wagon and is the perfect centrepiece for a pumpkin picking scene. Add pumpkin pickers, pumpkins and trees and it’s done!
