I have gone out to see a xustomer that is running out of cash. Renovatoons blewout, budget eaten up.

I have put forward a potential cost saver.

We have vinyl planks that are 4.5mm thick and vinyl planks that are 2.5mm thick.

Same patterns, same installations, just a lose of extra added comfort.

Over 100m2 they were able to reduce their price by about $1000.00.

Should the kitchen bench sit on the concrete or on top of your flooring?

My recommensation is always benches to sit flat on the floor.

It is much more common for people to change flooring in a house now then it is the kitchen benches.

Skirtings flat on the concrete or sitting on top of the vinyl planking?

We recommend it sit flat on the slab. 2 reasons, we can create clean lines, no voids for moisture, dust or insects.
