Does gluten and dairy free ease sound good to you? This delicious cake was made by Master 16!

We filled a cupcake for my friend who needs dairy free and I did help my son with some egg substitutions for this cake too. Then we topped the big cake with a sour cream, butter and honey icing as everyone else was up for that!

We've had some illness here so I am very thankful for one big batch of easy savoury mince that fed and nourished us three times and it didn't feel like the same meal!

#1 nachos with thermo taco seasoning, gucamole, grated cheese

#2 Stuffed roasted sweet potatoes

#3 These gluten and grain free pastry pies

Some pastry in the freezer or fridge is a big help!

Simple, easy and tasty meals all the family loved and it was very easy for me with the help of the Thermomix 🙏
