Marmorino. The classic Venetian Plaster finish, with its polished marble look, applied in multiple thin layers, burnish by hand-trowel and finish with natural bee’s wax.

These finishes are often abused by some, labeling their normal render with “venetian plaster” to overcharge.

Note to applicators:
•Be proud of what you do and take the time to craft your skills.
•These finishes take time to be completed and they can’t be rushed, hence the cost by sqm.

Note to clients:
• do your research before choosing a finish.
• always ask for custom samples for your project before work starts.
• get familiar with the products and their application.
• doubt someone who does the job in 1 day. Most of these finishes need 3-5 days to be completed, allowing the product to cure naturally between coats is crucial for a durable finish.
