Well life has been a little different around here these past 6 or so months.

💙❤️💙 T1D diagnosis for me, change of schools for the Bear boy, site and role change for the hubby. Oh and let’s not forget the new house.

I guess I have been rather absent from my Thermomix page while focusing on other things. Buuuuut I have not for one minute NOT used our TM7.

This machine has made our rather busy and interesting lives just that little bit easier. With meal planning and making quick easy and still nutritious meals. 🍏🫛🥦🥩🥗

Today we had a yummy treat for after school and work

🔥✨ FRESH OUT OF THE OVEN! ✨🔥

Oh my goodness… just look at these beautiful, fluffy, golden 🧈🥛 BUTTERMILK SCONES! 😍🤤

A huge THANK YOU to my TM7 for making baking so quick, easy, and absolutely delicious! 🙌❤️ There is nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked scones filling the house 🏡✨

Perfectly soft on the inside ☁️, lightly golden on the outside 🌟, and ready to be piled high with jam 🍓 and cream 🍦… because why have a little when you can have a LOT? 😆🙌

The kettle is on ☕️, the scones are warm 🔥, and afternoon tea is officially sorted! 🎉💃

What did we eat tonight? Ohhhhh only the most comforting, flavour-packed dinner EVER 🤤🍗✨

Tonight’s masterpiece was Chicken Cacciatore 🍅🫑🍄 cooked beautifully in the TM7 🙌✨ Rich tomato sauce, tender juicy chicken, herbs, garlic and all those incredible Italian-style flavours simmering away to absolute perfection 😍🇮🇹 The smell through the house was unreal 🤌🏡

And can we talk about the sides?! 😮‍💨
Creamy cheesy potato gratin 🥔🧀 with that golden crispy top = pure comfort food magic ✨
Fresh vibrant broccolini 🥦 and sweet Dutch carrots 🥕 finished the plate perfectly and made dinner feel extra special 🌈💛

The TM7 seriously making weeknight dinners feel restaurant worthy 🍽️🔥 One machine doing all the hard work while we sit back and enjoy the goodness 🙌❤️

It’s been ages since I’ve shared a meal with you all. Here is what we ate tonight.

Tonight’s dinner = pure comfort food perfection thanks to the ✨TM7✨ 😍🙌

Slow cooked beef ragu 🥩🍅 bubbling away with rich hearty flavours while the TM7 worked its magic 🪄🔥 Paired with crispy buttery smashed potatoes 🥔✨ garlicky green beans 🧄🫛 and sweet roasted carrots 🥕🤤

This is the kind of meal that feels fancy but is SO easy when the TM7 is doing the hard work 💃🙌 The beef was fall-apart tender 🤎 the sauce rich and delicious 🍷🍅 and those smashed potatoes… CRISPY little bites of heaven 😍🥔🔥

One machine. Full family feast. Minimal fuss. Maximum flavour 👏🍽️
