Did anyone watch Spotlight last night? 👀

WOW. Some of what was shown about our food industry was honestly hard to watch!

It really made me think about my why more than ever.

I’ve been mindful of additives and preservatives for years, especially since entering the allergy world with my kids.

Before becoming a Thermomix consultant, we had 5 ambulance call outs for anaphylaxis within 12 months. We seemed to live at the doctors, weeks of appointments, antibiotics after antibiotics and constantly sick kids.

I was exhausted and constantly questioning myself, wondering “What am I doing wrong?”

With a partner working away and young kids at home, it was mentally, physically and emotionally draining.

Then in 2025, I came across the TM7®️ earn program and it’s given me more than I ever imagined.

This year, my kids haven’t needed the doctor for sickness 🤞🏻 and we haven’t needed an ambulance.

I’m not saying that’s purely because of my TM7®️, but it has absolutely changed how we approach food.

Making things from scratch, knowing what’s in them and being able to cook around our allergies is everything to me.

That’s my why. 🤍

And after watching Spotlight, I’m reminded all over again why it matters to me so much.

I’m loving Open Cooking mode on my TM7®️ for dishes like this slow, hearty and packed with flavour. I still pop the lid on though, to help keep all those beautiful juices and flavour right where they belong! 🤤

💚 MY THERMOMIX STORY AND WHY I BECAME A CONSULTANT 💚

If you’d told me a few years ago that I’d become a Thermomix Consultant, I probably would have laughed!

I’d already owned my Thermomix®️ for years and loved it, but I never imagined I’d turn that love into a business.

Then came the TM7®️… and everything changed.

As a busy mum of three, life can feel like a never ending cycle of school lunches, snacks, dinner, cleaning and trying to keep everyone happy. Add food allergies into the mix and feeding my family can become even more complicated.

My Thermomix®️ became so much more than a kitchen appliance. It helped take away some of the mental load.

Then I discovered I could actually earn my own TM7®️ by becoming a Consultant.

Honestly, I was nervous and I still can be 😅

I wondered who I would even talk to, whether anyone would want one and how on earth I was going to make sales when I didn’t have a huge network of people.

But I decided to give it a go.

And I’m SO glad I did. 💚

I earned my TM7®️ in just over 30 days, and what started as a little side hustle has become something I genuinely love.

I’ve made new friendships, met some incredible people, built my confidence and found a business that fits around my family and our crazy schedules.

But the biggest reason I’m still here?

I believe in the product.

I use my Thermomix®️ in my own kitchen. I cook family dinners, make lunchbox snacks, prep ingredients, try new Cookidoo recipes and find ways to make our grocery budget stretch further.

So when I show someone a TM7®️, I’m not just showing them something I sell.

I’m showing them something that has genuinely made my life easier.

And if I can help another busy mum save time, reduce the dinner time stress or even discover that their Thermomix®️ could actually pay for itself then that’s pretty special. 🥹💚

So that’s why I’m here.

Not because I ever planned to become a salesperson…

But because I found something I love, and I want to share it with other families.
