Spoiled absolutely crazy rotten this Mother’s Day.

The day started with dessert for breakfast (of course this was Evies idea) — Thermo crêpes with whipped cream and fresh berries 🍓✨

A beautiful day spent together as a family, and to finish it all off… a creamy beef curry for dinner with both the kids in the kitchen with the Thermo this Mumma didn’t have to lift a single finger today 🤣💚

✨ Thermomix Milo Truffles… or should I say “Muffles” ✨

Truffles in the Thermomix are honestly one of the easiest little treats to whip up. Blitz, mix, done. The kids love them and they’re perfect to keep in the fridge for a quick snack.

We recently tried a Milo slice recipe that normally has icing on top. My kids are not icing fans (I know… strange creatures 🤣) so we skip that part and just turn them into truffles.

But the other night… I didn’t have time to roll them. So into a slice tin they went and straight into the fridge.

The next day Evelyn sneakily went to grab one from the fridge… only to discover they weren’t rolled into truffles yet. The absolute disgust on her face when she realised she had to deal with an un-rolled “muffle” was priceless 😂 (photo evidence included).

So here’s a little Thermomix mum tip 👇
If you don’t have time to roll truffles, just press the mixture into a slice tin, pop it in the fridge, and cut it later when you actually have a minute.

Bonus: the next day you can either
✔ slice it and eat it as Milo slice, or
✔ roll the pieces into truffles when you have time.

Sometimes the Thermomix saves dinner… and sometimes it just saves mum sanity 🙌
