Had a lovely day away from the normal responsibilities of running 40 acres and people management. After a month long persistent chesty thing finally I’ve integrated back into society! My besties all came to Federal and we had a stunning lunch Federal Doma Cafe and then is was a SHELL-tered workshop in my She shed. W**e and a good old fashioned crafty circle was just what I needed to feel connected again! The before and after of the big communal table makes me laugh! Beautiful pieces were made, laughter and joy was abundant and I think I’ve shell-shocked them well and truly! Next one being planned! I’m also thinking of doing shell workshops in the following weeks so let me know if anyone is interested.
