Another week finished with a variety of flavours captured in desserts. 🍋🍓🫐🥞🧁🍮🥮🌰🍪

This week's selection included Basque cheesecake, cream horns, tartlets and individual desserts – from fresh fruit flavours to rich chocolate creations. Kinder Bueno, caramel and pistachio were among the favourites, along with many other delicious combinations.

My pierogi range includes not only traditional options but also vegan and sweet versions that are very popular.

Lentil, onion and vegetable pierogi offer a rich homemade flavour and are also enjoyed by non-vegan customers.
Sweet blueberry pierogi are also available, served with cream or sweet sauce.

Potato and cheese pierogi are a true classic of Polish cuisine.
The filling is made with potatoes and homemade cheese prepared traditionally from milk sourced from a farm in Glass House.
Pierogi can be enjoyed in different ways — freshly boiled and topped with crispy bacon pieces, or pan-fried until golden and crispy on the outside.
For many people, the crispy version is the favourite.
They are also commonly served with sour cream, which perfectly complements the flavour.

Rolled cakes in different flavours – a bit different from classic desserts 🍰

Soft, homemade and with character:
🌿 spinach sponge roll – light, moist, with a subtle earthy note
☕ tiramisu – creamy with a clear coffee flavour
🍮 karpatka – traditional pastry with choux-style dough and custard cream
🍋 lemon meringue roll – fresh, slightly tangy with a soft meringue topping
