Vale & RIP to an amazing individual Kai Budde , described as the most winniest player in the game
He has sadly passed away from the big C way to young
Kai was a huge influence as MTG world Champion in the very early days I had the pleasure of meeting him in Barcelona , He was world champion several times , and absolute gentlemen in Magic long before he had his drivers license. It a very sad day and great loss for the world wide Magic the gathering community .

This photo memoirs montage, popped up in my feed from 19 years ago We made the trek by request to Mt Isa to hold a Yugioh event for this group of boys. Im not sure why but they did a special Haka for myself and Kane, and ex Townsvillain based in the 'ISA" they were such incredibly joyful bunch I often wonder how they grew up and if they were empowered by the experience as I was and still am ! I guess they would all be in their 30s/ now with own families I hope they are doing great Good times!
