Hands down the easiest one‑pot pasta I’ve ever made in my Thermie and OMG it was EPIC!

How can something this simple taste so bloody good?

Minimal ingredients → maximum flavour explosion

• Used my Varoma to strain
• Extra 2 mins of cook time for pasta = perfect al dente
• “6 serves” but actually 7–8 because Thermie portions are generous AF
• Leftovers that make tomorrow feel like a reward

It’s so funny how life works! This is Mel and I. We worked together a long time ago at DHM. At that time Mel left to join Thermomix - back then I had no idea or interest in what it was - hindsight I should have listened! But fast forward many years later and here we are together at the annual Thermomix conference in Singapore.
