Our team completed an extensive commercial flooring and wall protection package at Alfred Hospital, delivering precision workmanship across multiple clinical and healthcare spaces.

Proud to look back on another quality project completed by Tommy Hawkins Flooring at the back end of 2025 for Harris HMC at Fawkner Memorial Park 🙌🏼

This project involved a detailed combination of subfloor preparation and high-end floor finish installations to help deliver a warm, modern and respectful environment throughout the space. ✨

Our works commenced with approximately 340m² of diamond grinding and floor levelling, using Mapei Australia Ultraplan to achieve a smooth and compliant substrate ready for installation. Proper preparation is always critical to achieving a premium finish and long-term performance, and this project was no exception 💪🏼

The flooring installation package included two colours from the Tarkett Granit Safe T range (285m2), with Soft White Sand and Dark Sand sheet vinyl installed throughout selected areas to provide both durability and a clean modern aesthetic 👌🏼

The office and viewing room spaces featured Signature Floors Vivid 202 carpet tiles (45m2) in the colour Spray Tan, helping create a softer and more comfortable environment while complementing the surrounding finishes beautifully 🏢

One of the standout features of the project was the integration alongside the stunning Woodcut - Premium Engineered Timber Flooring in Hazel within the viewing area, which added warmth and sophistication to the overall design outcome 🌿

The combination of textures, colours and finishes across the project came together exceptionally well and suited the space perfectly.

Projects like this highlight the importance of quality preparation, attention to detail and strong collaboration between trades to deliver the right finish for the client and end users 🤝🏼

A huge thank you to Harris HMC for the opportunity and trust in our team throughout the project.
