These stacking bowls were my favorite pieces in the last glaze fire. I love the way the glaze and the transfer pattern work together. Separately the placement of the transfer appears unplanned and intuitive until the bowls are stacked together. Then the bowls tell a different story.

I thought I would celebrate the first day of spring with some pictures of my blue bird cups. I'm looking forward to some warmer weather and hope to get some nice days before we dive into the hot steaming days of summer.

Here is one of my large cracked pots. These large pieces are precious to me and sometimes I have trouble parting with them so they collect in the middle of my dining room table.
