No quilting going on today, got to plant potatoes, to keep us in yummy King Edwards. But I am excited to see the Daffodils, jonquils and Calandula in bloom today. So cheering and hinting at a beautiful spring ahead.

Just when I thought everything was ok. Bit down too hard on a crunchy crust of homemade bread and damaged the ligaments around a tooth, which I can tell you is one of the most painful things I have experienced. So very quietly recovering, though no quilting since Friday. It appears 2026 is the year of injuries to ligaments, wondering how many more in my body and how many months left this year!!!!! Hoping to get into the Studio Wednesday as the pain is easing. This gorgeous quilt made by Margaret B.

Recently finished this custom quilting for Morna, her piecing was so precise it was a pleasure to work on it. Due to my injury it took ages and Morna was so very patient I was so appreciative and grateful she didn't have a deadline. oh and say hello to Bunnie my mum who is doing the talking.... #

Quilting is the #1 passion of course but I love gardening especially growing edibles. First cauliflower almost ready to harvest...woohoo! I think i should harvest 25 in total of all different colours so that will be fun. No Broccoli but 8 cabbages growing well.
