We had a moment at our last workshop when the numbers just weren't adding up.

So we stopped, went back through the calculations and worked it out together.

And honestly? That's part of the fun.

I love sharing not just the how, but the why behind candle making. What goes into the calculations, why the measurements matter, and how all those little details contribute to a beautiful finished candle.

There's no silly question and no need to get everything right on the first try.

We're here to learn. And sometimes, to laugh at the spreadsheet. 😂

Our last candle workshop was a little reminder of why I love doing this. 🤍

Two lovely women, four beautiful candles, lots of questions, a little maths that wasnt mathing, and plenty of laughter along the way.

We took our time. We worked through the tricky bits together. And there was space to really understand what we were doing, rather than simply follow instructions.

By the end, they had created two gorgeous candles each and learned a whole lot along the way.

Sometimes it's not about how much you get done. It's about enjoying the process.

And having a good laugh while you're at it.
