Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance is proud to present "Dancing Together", a youth dance workshop for Aboriginal students aged 16 to 18 from Birpai, Biripi & Worimi Nations. This is an incredible opportunity to connect deeply with Country and culture through traditional dance. 🕺💃

📍 Location: Murrook Cultural Centre, Williamtown NSW

This dynamic workshop will be facilitated by the renowned Worimi Dance Troupe, guiding participants through traditional movement, storytelling, and cultural practice. 🌿🌟

Almost 400 Elders competed in the annual Elders Olympics 2025. It was such a great turn out in Inverell this year! I was so happy we could head out and support all the elders. Well done to Biirrinba costal emus from Maclean winning this year’s event and taking it home. So excited to see it back on the coast next year. ❤️💛🖤

A BIG welcome to our first group of students from Taree High School, who will spend the next 3 days with us in Newcastle as part of our community exchange program!

Our Walkabout Barber Newcastle Experience has been designed to provide young people living in rural or remote communities, the opportunity to dream big, to believe in themselves and to achieve big things in life, by spending time with successful business owners, entrepreneurs, and sporting professionals, to inspire them to rise above their fears and to achieve greatness!

Over the the next 3 days, these young men and women will be taken through cleansing and healing workshops, participate in team building exercises, attend a VIP Corporate NRL experience (Bunnies vs Roosters) as well as taking time out to visit Luna Park, go jet boating, ice skating, to movies and go karting!

Thank you to Biripi ACMC for funding and supporting the youth within your community to attend important programs such as ours, to help build your next group of leaders for the future!
