There is no charge for consultations, it is a free service. This is a meet and greet before committing to styling where you receive friendly advice on how to maximize space and style your property ready for that all important photoshoot and if you would like assistance in getting your property ready for sale and wish to go ahead with styling and or equipment hire you can then request a pre styling written quote for service. A friendly and personable approach to styling with consideration of how the photographer will aim to capture and highlight the properties best features and attract buyers using the owners’ soft furnishings. The styling process includes a light surface clean to ensure the home is ready for its close-up. Some light styling equipment may be used and collected after the photographer has finished depending on what is needed to best highlight the home. Please allow 4 hours for styling 9:30am to 1:30pm. Maximize your property's appeal and get those buyers excited with Property Stylist Noosa's property styling and equipment hire service. We work with you to transform your property and make it stand out from the crowd. The styling process includes a light dust and vacuum and the equipment hire collection date will be booked in for 5 weeks from the date of installation or as soon as the property goes unconditional. The home must be reasonably clean and tidy and bed linen must be freshly changed for this service to be provided. Hire extensions are available if needed at reasonable prices. A STLYE & HIRE BASIC package consists of soft furnishings, and some light furniture such as bedside tables and coffee tables, anything that can easily transport in a single load. A STYLE & HIRE PLUS package includes big items like beds and will need to be quoted on. This covers the extra transport costs for installation delivery and collection, insurance / accidental damage replacement. Equipment Collection takes (Included in hire fee)
Clients do not need to move or pack up equipment, this also prevents accidental damage.
