The washing is probably still waiting, the cats have already had their third dinner request, and Poppy is supervising absolutely nothing.

Tonight calls for something simple.

It's Sunday afternoon, the weekend is disappearing faster than a packet of biscuits in this house, and I've decided we all deserve a little retail therapy! 😂

🍹🐾 FRIYAY! I’M STILL ALIVE… JUST! 😂

Well, I’ve been a bit slack on the posting front this week, haven’t I?

Apologies for the radio silence, but it’s been one of THOSE weeks! 🤦‍♀️

🦷 Monday kicked off with some pretty major dental work, which left me feeling rather ordinary and questioning why teeth are even necessary.

🤕 Then came a few days of feeling under the weather and generally feeling sorry for myself.

💼 Throw in being ridiculously busy at my other job, and suddenly Friday has arrived!

🐈 And let’s not forget the furry management team!

Seven cats, one dog who thinks she’s a cat, and a never-ending list of demands.

Apparently, meals must still be served on time, litter trays don’t clean themselves, and cuddles are compulsory regardless of how the human is feeling!

Somewhere amongst all that, I completely ran out of time to post anything! 😂

But don’t worry, Geelong Candle Co. is still here, the website is still open 24/7, and the fragrances are still fabulous! 🕯️

Now, I have just one very important question…

DO THEY MAKE ALCOHOL-SCENTED CANDLES? 🍸🍹🍾

Because after this week, I reckon a double-strength margarita fragrance might be just what the dentist ordered! 🤣

The furry supervisors have been absolutely useless, although they've excelled at sleeping and getting in the way.
