Today I got to be the one on the treatment bed 🤍

The beautiful Lara from Ngaya Wellness Massage and Recovery treated me to the most incredible FaceUp & massage session — and wow, did my body need it !!!

There’s something so special about receiving the same kind of care I’m always giving to others
Releasing tension, working through the fascia, switching off my busy mind and letting my nervous system completely soften and let go ~ that feeling is addictive !
