We all had the best time with Ash from Love Thy Lava yesterday with the sold out (plus a couple) hat burning workshop - and no, it wasn’t a Dark M**o thing where we all chucked our hats in the fire 🙈😂 thanks so much for coming up to Oatlands. If you’d like to buy one of Ash’s masterpieces for yourself, pop in to The Cool Store in Franklin, or if you’d like to create your own, we’ll be having another workshop very soon.. watch this space!!

Clever Colin called in the other day with some goodies.
These Celtic knot salt & pepper grinders are so beyond beautiful!! Each time he makes a set I want to keep them 🤦🏻‍♀️
And the grain in the cider gum bowl is absolutely stunning! The photos don’t do it justice.

The owner of this beautiful blackheart sassafras table say it has to go 😢 it’s 2.2 long x 1.1 high x 900 wide and is reduced to $2200!! You couldn’t make it for that price, so grab it while you can, it will be the WOW piece in your home.

When I started Hollison’s, I had a vision of what I hoped it could become. I wanted to create a space where every visit felt like home, and that’s what most people say when they visit - it feels like home 🥰
While there were definitely a few bumps in the early days, and I had to very quickly learn how to do more than just turn the kettle on, the last few months have been nothing short of incredible. Seeing it grow into a place that people genuinely enjoy visiting has been so rewarding.

I’ve poured my heart and soul into this business, and I truly couldn’t have done it without the amazing team beside me and the wonderful support from our local community. The encouragement, kindness, and enthusiasm we’ve received have been incredibly heartwarming and make every big day, late night and long drive worthwhile.

As a regular visitor to the Orford Riverside Cafe & Providore, I’ve often admired the great gifts they stock, along with their yummy food. These bags were among some of the beautiful products so I asked about them.
