Congratulations, Lleyton! 4 years of hard work and learning officially complete! 🎉

The FCIA Training Academy would like to congratulate Lleyton Allison from Carpet Court Dubbo on the completion of his flooring apprenticeship.

During his apprenticeship, Lleyton enjoyed learning the trade and developing the skills and knowledge needed to become a qualified tradesman. He valued the on-the-job training, which allowed him to gain practical experience and build his confidence in the industry.

He found his trainers to be very helpful, providing guidance and support throughout his apprenticeship. Becoming qualified is important to him as it gives him confidence that he has completed his apprenticeship correctly and has learned the trade to the required standard.

He now hopes to continue building his skills and experience until he reaches the stage where he can confidently go out on his own.
