Basic Green 🍏 Smoothie

Quick, fresh and packed with goodness - this one's approved by sick kids and loved by grown-ups, too!

✨ What's inside: Apple, Spinach, Banana, Orange, Lemon, Ginger

💚 Optional add-ons: chia seeds, mint, LSA etc.

I used coconut water instead of normal water for that extra hydration boost!

Great for recovery, immunity or just a feel good boost🌿

We cooked this layered meal the other night from the current Thermomix Everyday issue and it was a winner 😋

We used beef mince instead of chicken, sneaked in some extra veggies, added an egg, mustard and some extra spices to the meatball mixture.

The adults loved the flavour combination with the cabbage, but we also cooked some gnocchi and peas for the kids, so everyone was happy 😊

This was such a yummy quiche.

I love how Thermomix®makes basics like this pastry an absolute breeze to make!
Three ingredients: butter, flour and water. ✅

The kids loved helping rolling out the pastry😍

The filling was one piece of fresh salmon, spinach, eggs, sour cream, feta and seasoning.

Super easy and very comforting meal🤙

I have been pretty excited about this incentive, which has finally arrived today - a beautiful rose gold roasting pan with lid😊

I am quite impressed with the size & depth of the pan and can't wait to use it!
