Welcome to The Drama Queens. Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before making a purchase from ‘The Drama Queens’. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1.Products and Services:

siness offers ‘Fashion accessories', clutches, home décor and much more!’. Ordering and Payments:
- When you place an order with us, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- Payment must be received in full before we process your order.
- At least 25% of amount must be deposited to hold the product for maximum up to 5 working days
3. Product Information:
-We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our Facebook and/or Instagram page are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free
4. Shipping and Delivery:
- We will make every effort to process and post the products within 2-4 working days. However, we are not responsible for delays due to external factors such as shipping carriers
5. Product Quality and Inspection Policy:
-At "The Drama Queens"(TDQ), we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of manufacturing and transportation, minor imperfections, such as micro scratches, may occur. We want to be transparent about our approach to these situations.
-Quality Assurance: We conduct thorough quality inspections before shipping our products to ensure they meet our standards
-Transportation Imperfections: Despite our best efforts, products may incur minor imperfections during transportation. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
-No Stock Hold for Micro Scratches or defects : We do not hold stock solely due to micro scratches, as these imperfections do not compromise the functionality or overall quality of the product.
-Best Endeavours: We assure you that we make our best endeavours to supply products in optimal condition. Our commitment is to provide you with a satisfactory solution in case of any issues.
6.Inspection and Acceptance of Items:
- In PERSON: It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect items of collection.
-By POST: For damaged items, it is crucial to take clear photos/videos while opening the package. This evidence will be used for insurance purposes and to process your return request.
7.Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products, And for safety and hygiene reasons for other Patrons. Exceptions will be made only if the product is delivered damaged.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged during transit. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damaged item.
8. Return Process:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Products eligible for return must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Return payment will be initiated after receiving and checking the products. Allow us 7-10 working days to finalise the decision.
9. No Return Policy Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns for any reason other than product damage during transit. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing the purchase.
