From my fellow water lover, Seth Leaf:
"Water is one of the primary keys in the 'celestial keychain of our mind' that unlocks the internal gates to higher levels of physical health and universal consciousness.
Yet it is quite peculiar that there is so much emphasis on food and nutrition, while we undervalue the importance of our most precious biological and environmental resource – water!
Sadly and interestingly, most people (even very mindful and highly aware individuals) undervalue the water in their bodies even more than they do the water in our terrestrial environment.
To reiterate and clarify: by undervaluing water in general, we are grossly undervaluing ourselves.
We are all water-based beings composed of 70% water by weight. Additionally, water makes up 80% of our brain, 90% of our blood, and our body cells are composed of, or surrounded by, 99% water.
But ‘water isn’t just water’ (as so many think it is), and the cells of our body are not composed of "regular ol’ water".
The cells of our body are composed of natural, complex, highly structured crystallographic water, that is literally the substance our very consciousness itself is ‘magnetized’ to, allowing us to have a human experience!
Do you love life, or like it, or at least have respect for it? If so, start showing some appreciation to the water in your body. You’ll be amazed by the kind of messages it reflects back to you!
