Thermomix risotto is famous because you don’t have to stand there stirring.

You sauté onion and garlic, add rice and stock, and it stirs itself.

Me: “I can do this without a Thermomix.”
Also me: burning chocolate 2 minutes later 😂

My favourite thing about the Thermomix is I can set it, confidently walk away, and know that if I don’t return for a while, it will stop and wait for me. 🤣

My stove did not wait for me to remember I was melting chocolate.

Lesson learned.

Do you use open cooking for more than just the suggested recipes?

If you’d do it in a saucepan, you can do it with open cooking.

POV: you want risotto but not the arm workout 😅

Who has time to stir for 30 minutes? Not me.
I love making risotto in the Thermomix, it does all the cooking and stirring for me.
