SLIPPER SOFA •

Low in profile, generous in form and designed for conversation.

Defined by its soft, rounded silhouette and deep, relaxed proportions, the Slipper Sofa brings an inviting softness to the room. Its tactile upholstery and considered materiality add warmth, while the sculptural form gives it presence without overwhelming the space.

A sofa made for gathering, lingering and living.

Nature’s Code • Feauina Eves

Rooted in Samoan heritage, Nature’s Code explores lineage, the ocean and the natural world through Feauina’s contemporary interpretation of traditional tapa cloth.

Fish, fishing nets, the sun, moon and stars are woven throughout the work, referencing the ways her ancestors lived from and navigated the ocean.

For Feauina, the work is also deeply personal. Painting has become a grounding practice and a way of reconnecting with her late father and the heritage he passed down.

“I feel him. I really do feel his space. I feel like he’s there guiding me.”

BARWON DUNES HOUSE •

Set in Barwon Heads, Barwon Dunes House is a coastal family home by Eliza Blair Architecture, shaped by its relationship to light, landscape and the rugged coastal setting.

Designed as a forever home for a family of five, the architecture balances durability and warmth with a relaxed approach to everyday living. Curved forms respond to the site, while generous glazing, filtered light and open connections allow the landscape, garden and sky to become part of the interior experience.

Rammed earth walls, Australian hardwood, limestone and travertine create an earthy, tactile palette throughout, complemented by custom joinery and layered furnishings. At the centre of the home, a dramatic double-height living space and slender steel bridge create a sense of openness, connection and movement between levels.

A considered coastal home where materiality, natural light and family life come together with quiet confidence.

BARWON DUNES HOUSE •

Set on Wadawurrung Country in Barwon Heads, Barwon Dunes House by Eliza Blair Architecture is a contemporary coastal residence designed for relaxed, long-term family living. Its planning and materiality respond to durability, flexibility and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

The home uses light, material warmth and considered zoning to shape everyday life. The solid rammed-earth base establishes a sense of permanence, while the curved upper-level timber screen lends the composition a dynamic presence and one that championing views.

Generous glazing, courtyards and carefully positioned openings bring natural light deep into the plan, connecting interiors with the garden and sky. A double-height living space, sculptural steel bridge and sheltered terrace with outdoor fireplace create a series of communal spaces.

Limestone, travertine, timber and robust metal finishes establish a tactile, enduring palette suited to the coastal environment. The project has been featured in The Local Project and ArchDaily, highlighting its considered response to light, materiality and the coastal landscape.
