STEAMRANGER & GOOLWA CRAFT SHOP PAVEMENT

A Liberal Government will invest $18,000 in the Goolwa SteamRanger Station Beautification and Safety Upgrade.

This project will resurface the area in front of the community craft shop, creating a safer and more accessible entry for locals and visitors.

It will:
💙Improve safety and accessibility in a busy precinct
💙Enhance the appearance of the SteamRanger station area
💙Complement recent upgrades to the Goolwa Wharf
💙Help complete and strengthen the visitor experience in Goolwa

This is about backing local community groups and continuing to invest in the places people love to visit.

Hello to all the crafty people.
Goolwa Community Arts and Crafts have some upcoming vacancies and we are inviting you to apply for membership to our group.
One of our members is unfortunately leaving in the next few weeks, and we would love someone who does pottery to join our group in her place. Shop duty is shared amongst all our members , a minimum of one day a month and possibly a bit extra in school holidays or to cover an emergency, also four meetings are held over the year and it is an expectation that members attend so.
We are also looking for some variety to add to our selection of crafts, so if you have a unique or different type of craftwork and are interested in joining us please call in to our shop on the train station platform and talk to us about joining. Hope to see you soon.
