Just a friendly reminder to all customers —
if you organise a collection day or time, please try your best to stick to it, or send me a quick message if things change.

I completely understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to change (I’ve had to do the same myself at times), but I also plan collections around my family’s schedule, appointments, school runs and errands.

When collections are missed without any communication, it often means I’ve rearranged things or waited around unnecessarily, which can really impact our routine and time. A quick message honestly makes a huge difference and is always appreciated.
