🛏️ Is It Time to Replace Your Mattress?

😴We spend around a third of our lives in bed, so it’s worth paying attention to how your mattress is performing!

Not sure if yours has reached the end of its life?

Look out for these signs:
🚩 It’s sagging or has uneven areas
🚩 It’s becoming noisy when you move around
🚩 You’re no longer feeling comfortable at night
🚩 You’re waking up with aches or stiffness
🚩 Your mattress is 7–10 years old or more

The 7–10 year timeframe is a helpful guide, but every mattress is different. Its lifespan can depend on the type and quality of the mattress, how often it’s used and how well it’s been cared for.
And remember — your body and sleep needs can change too! A mattress that felt perfect a few years ago might not be giving you the same comfort and support today. If you’re tossing and turning, struggling to get comfortable or waking up feeling less refreshed, it could be time to reassess your mattress. 💤✨

Sometimes, a new mattress is exactly the sleep reset you need! Think it might be time for an upgrade?

Visit our Beds R Us store and let our sleep experts help you find the right mattress for the way you sleep.
