To make a purchase please clearly comment either SOLD or LAYBY on the picture or via private message with your email address. If purchasing more than one item please message us so we can do our best to combine postage to reduce the postage costs. Our payment methods include paypal, bank transfer, direct deposit, money order or cheque. Purchases will only be sent once payment has been cleared. Layby terms and conditions: After letting us know that you would like to make a purchase on layby we will require a 20% deposit with in 72 hours to hold the purchase unless we approve an alternate date to make the first payment. Weekly or fortnightly payments must be made to continue the layby. The layby must be completed within 4 weeks unless approval has been given for a longer layby period. If you have problems making a payment please let us know and we will be more than happy to make another arrangement with you. If a layby is cancelled all moneys except the 20% deposit paid to Sarja Mosaic and Giftware will be returned to the customer as this is to cover administration costs. Refunds will not be given if a customer changes their mind or makes an incorrect decision. All efforts are made to ensure quality products are sent. Unfortunately we can not control what happens to the products once they leave our premise. If you notice faults or damage when you receive your product please contact us straight away and the item will need to be posted back within 7 days. Postage costs are non refundable.
