A 50% deposit is required for custom work. Custom items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

As a former Army Medic I have a lot of demons and I use craft as a way to escape. If you are unhappy with your shop purchase you have 10 days from order placement to contact me re your options. Return postage is the purchaser's

responsibility. POSTAGE
Postage is a flat $15 for the first item and $5 for subsequent orders on the invoice. Larger items eg tables will be charged postage per delivery postcode. Custom orders will be posted approx 4 weeks from the 50% deposit being received. Shop items will be posted within 5 working days of receipt of money.
