Rick & Tayla’s powder room for House 5 👀💚
We made the custom cabinetry, and hearing the judges’ feedback was a pretty good moment for the Burmak team. The warm timber against that dramatic stone looks so good. 😍
We reckon the extra hours would’ve come in handy… IYKYK 😅

🏡 Burmak is back on The Block! 💚
Last night was our first appearance on The Block this season, working with Team Tayla & Rick – Green Team, House 5.
If you weren’t quick, you might have missed them 👀 — but Brad and Mark popped up on screen last night too! 😂
This week we created the alfresco kitchen, along with the built-in cabinetry and floating shelves — which even scored a mention during judging! 🙌
It’s great to be back on The Block and to be part of bringing House 5 together.
And this was only our first week on the show this season…
Stay tuned — there’s plenty more Burmak to come in the weeks ahead. 💚🔨

So this happened… 👀

Yes, that’s Zac Efron in our Hastings workshop.

We were lucky enough to have Zac Efron & Joost Bakker visit Burmak as part of an exciting project we’ve been working on — showcasing Australian-made h**p joinery, sustainable materials, and a little bit of what happens behind the scenes in our factory.

Still feels a bit surreal, but what a moment for our team.

Safe to say this isn't your average day at Burmak.

Ever wondered what’s actually on an installer’s phone?
Spoiler: it’s 99% cabinetry, 1% lunch photos. 😂
Here’s a little photo dump from the past week — the chaos, the craftsmanship and everything in between!
