Anzac Day Slice. 🇦🇺🇦🇺
For all you guys that love to cook.
This is an Anzac slice that I made today

Recipe:

I cup sr flour ( Gluten Free)
I cup sugar
1 cup Of coconut
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of mixed nuts ( I used macadamia because that’s all I had)
125 gm melted butter
1 egg
1 x tbspn golden syrup

Mix all ingredients together and press into slice tray, Bake 180 for 15-20 or until golden brown. Easy as.
