Had the sweetest little band of helpers for this one! (Complete with questionable videography skills, boundless enthusiasm & adorable commentary!)

This is one of the things I love most about my Thermie - it leads to some truly lovely times in my kitchen! 🥰

Now back to the bread... these cinnamon buns were just delicious. If you haven't gotten brave enough to try dough in your Thermie yet - take this as your sign to give something a go! 👍

🍞 World Bread Day - a day I can happily get behind enjoying! 🤤

We LOVE fresh bread around here & the Thermie makes it just so easy to make yourself.

My go-to everyday white bread recipe? Thermomumma White Sandwich bread (find it as a guided recipe on Cookidoo or on the Recipe Community)

I make this recipe on average 1-2 times every week, and, honestly, you can't beat the smell of it baking in the oven 🤗🤤

My hot 🔥 tip: this recipe divides nicely into 10-12 to make individual breadrolls (depending on how big you like them). Check them around the 20min mark as smaller rolls may not need the full cooking time.

Want to try your hand at making Sourdough bread, but the thought of keeping a starter alive puts you off? 😅

This recipe is for you! 🙌 Rustic artisan bread made with everyday yeast, not a starter, and with very little hands-on effort. How good is that?!

I love a good traditional sourdough, but for the convenience & ease, this one is very hard to beat! 😍 (And check out that oven spring at the end!)

🔥 My hot tip: As tempting as it is, let your bread cool before slicing! 😅 The inside needs time to finish setting as it cools, giving you that lovely texture. Cut into it too early and you risk a gummy centre and squashed crumb 🍞

Does the idea of cleaning caramelisation/ blackening on the bottom of your Thermie bowl stop you from using the Browning mode to its fullest potential?

No-one enjoys scrubbing dirty pots & pans for any length of time, so let me show you how to clean it up without any fuss (& minimal elbow grease 😉)!

You can also use 1-2 tbsp citric acid instead of vinegar, if you've got some handy.

In our house we call this "Lazy Lasagne", but I think if you're Italian you'd know it Pasta alla Bolognese con Besciamella 😆

This is a great alternative to traditional Lasagne if you're short on time or energy. I do the Bolognese in one Thermie, the bechamel in the other & pasta on the stove so that (pasta aside) I can worry about the rest of what needs doing during that crazy pre-dinner hour.

Recipes:
Bolognese: Look at this delicious recipe I found on Cookidoo®: Chunky bolognese (Skinnymixers) https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r540251
Bechamel: Look at this delicious recipe I found on Cookidoo®: Béchamel sauce https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r67755 (I use a 1:1:10 ratio of flour, butter & milk as I like my bechamel thicker than this recipe).
Pasta: as per packet 😉

Stir pasta & bechamel together, pour over bechamel. Top with grated parmesan & enjoy!

Finish it under the grill & you've basically got yourself Greek Pastitsio!
