The last week has been a huge one behind the scenes. Over many late nights, long days sewing and hours spread all across this week, I’ve hand made 58 sets of hand warmers and 39 heat packs getting ready for winter markets! ❄️🧤

It all started with doing a stock count then getting out fabrics, cutting fabrics one by one and their lining pieces, pinning, sewing, trimming excess fabric, flipping them all the right way, stripping my homegrown lavender (that I hung and dried months previous) from the stems by hand, weighing out wheat, filling each piece, then pinning and sewing them closed, then going to office works getting instructions printed, packaging up and finally photographing!🪡🪻📸

I definitely couldn’t have done it all alone, a big thank you to my new fiancé, Justin for helping me through the process 🥹💕

It’s been hard work, but seeing everything finished and ready for winter markets makes it so so worth it! Supporting handmade means supporting hours of care, tiny details and a whole lot of effort behind every product ✨
