Good afternoon! I’ve just finished displaying a restock of gorgeous Les belles vagabondes mini silk scarves and long silk headbands or hair ties. The squares come in a cute vintage repro matchbox of your choice (there’s loads of designs) and the headband comes in a sweet tin. Perfect for gift giving!
I’ve been a bit quiet lately because I’m busy getting this seasons flower seeds going which is painstaking but rewarding work. Between the shop and my micro flower farm it’s a lot of work- especially as I am a one woman operation, apart from watering and maintenance support from Luke of course. But it’s my choice and is giving so much joy as well, both to myself and to my lovely customers.

For those of you looking for a fun indoor experience on this very wet Saturday, a spot of dried flower arranging might be just the thing!
For $15, you can select a little coloured glass bottle and fill it with anything you like from on or under the trestle. These make a lovely personalised gift or something special just for yourself. I’ve had customers buy them to inspire their workplace, to gift to new mothers, grandmothers, the recently bereaved, for a child’s birthday, as a thank you to a teacher…… the list goes on.

Happy Spring everyone! And it’s certainly come early here in Tasmania, catching me on the back foot with my flower seed sowing which I’ve started 3 weeks earlier than usual.
Here’s a montage of what’s starting to flower in my Pontville garden. There’s masses more tulips and daffs to come but at the same time the summer lillies are already popping up!
Looks like we’re in for some rain this week and we certainly need it! However the sun is out this morning making today a perfect Days Of Summer drop in day.

Good morning! I’m getting this feeling that there’s no stopping Spring now in the garden! I absolutely love this time of year, when the first blossoms and bulbs are flowering and everything beautiful is still to come over the next 6 months or so.
My sister Beth was down for a day yesterday and we had fun making these flowerballs on a natural grapevine base. Definitely will be making more for the shop!
