💚 IT'S HERE! AND I CAN'T WAIT TO COOK WITH IT! 😍

My new Ceramic Steaming Dish has arrived, and you know what that means… time to put it to the test! 🙌

This little beauty fits inside the Varoma and opens up SO many possibilities. Think lasagne, hearty casseroles, pasta bakes, cakes and even puddings! 🤤

And the clever part? You can steam your meal in the Thermomix®, then pop the dish in the oven or under the grill for that gorgeous golden finish. 👌

Less energy than heating the whole oven, juicy results and even more ways to get dinner sorted with my Thermie. 💚

Now, here's the big question… WHAT SHOULD I MAKE FIRST? 👇

🥣 THIS WEATHER IS MADE FOR SOUP! 🌧️🥖

A big pot of homemade chicken soup bubbling away in the slow cooker… is there anything better on a chilly day? 😍

Here's how I make mine a little easier with my Thermie! 💚

🥕 Chop all my veggies in the Thermomix.
🍗 Pop them into my large slow cooker with the juices from a chicken frame saved from the weekend that I slow cooked over night 👌
⏰ Let the slow cooker do its thing!

The result? A comforting family meal, less prep work and a great way to make the most of what we already have in the kitchen. 🙌

Serve it up with some Portuguese bread and you've got the perfect meal for this weather! ❤️

This is one of my favourite ways to use my Thermie alongside other kitchen appliances. It doesn't have to do everything to make your life easier!

This week's Thermie prep is all about getting a few things ready ahead of time so we're not constantly wondering what to eat!

From easy lunch options and grab-and-go snacks to breakfast and a sweet treat, there's a little bit of everything! 😍

And the best part? My Thermomix helps me get so much of the prep done without making a huge mess or spending my entire Sunday in the kitchen.

It's not about having a perfectly organised fridge or meal-prepping every single thing. It's about doing what you can to make the week run a little smoother. 💚

🌾 Save money and make your own rice flour! 💰

Did you know you can make rice flour in your Thermomix in just 1 minute?! 🤯

Today I needed 100g of rice flour for my zucchini slice, so instead of buying a packet, I grabbed some rice from the pantry and let my Thermie do the work! 🙌

👩‍🍳 Here's how:
🌾 Add 100g rice to your Thermomix bowl.
⏱️ Mill for 1 minute / Speed 10.
✅ Set aside until needed, then start your recipe!

No extra trip to the shops, no half-used packet sitting in the pantry, and one less thing to spend money on. Winning! 🏆

It's little kitchen hacks like this that remind me how much we can make ourselves with our Thermomix. 💚
